- amazing discount - every one in design is so kind - the hours are not intense ( as an assistant at least) - environment is fun and everyone seems to really enjoy working here

Cons

- everything is done really quickly, sometimes not best quality causing designers to rush everything out - pay is low - health benefits aren't the best plans

Honestly I enjoyed working here, the discounts, the freedom to work and listen to music ( when on emails or chats )

Cons

Hr dept made me quit. I was having health issues and trying to get documentation to give to hr as to why I was calling off a lot. They made it extremely uncomfortable for me and what I was going through. I loved the job and wish I could still work there but hr ruined it
