Co workers are friendly, very positive environment. Free lunches on Friday. Discount Perks and multiple company events such as parties and charity events

Cons

The pay is a little low compared to the amount of work that is expected from workers. And the cost of living in LA is also very high compared to what you make. No away an Assistant can afford to live in a decent apartment without roommates in LA on that kind of pay.
