      -Growth opportunity: the company has grown tremendously in recent years. -Great leadership: many strong leaders in the company that genuinely want to the company to succeed and work really hard to drive their teams towards that vision. Nice perks: employee discount, weekly sponsored lunches, fun company parties, casual work environment.

      -A lot will be asked of you. It's a fast paced organization so be prepared to be challenged.
