      Pros

      I've been with this company for over 5 years and love it. I come to work everyday and work with such creative and inspiring individuals, every one is there for the same reason, to see the company succeed. My department is super close and we all get along great, we really are one big family and I've met some amazing friends and colleagues.

      Cons

      Since I've been here so long, I'd say my biggest con is that we are getting so big that the once small business is now so big that I do not know everyone like I used to.

      Cerritos is not the most beautiful area I've seen and food options around the area are limited. Space is tight right now from growth.

      Pros

      I have been at REVOLVE for 7 years now and I am grateful for all the opportunities that have been given to me along the way. I have gladly worked hard because I believe in my company and want it to succeed. I have worked my way up to upper management and have the best team I could ever ask for. I have the utmost respect for my fellow colleagues. I can name several Pros at Revolve but the biggest Pro are the people I work with and the environment I work in. I am inspired everyday by creative and driven colleagues and I feel lucky to call many of them my friends. It's hard these days to find a job where you are appreciated for your hard work and at Revolve what you put into your job is absolutely recognized.

      Cons

      Lets be real... It would be silly to say there are no cons. There are always going to be cons no matter where you go. That is the nature of any work environment. You need to be flexible when changes happen, especially when 99% of the time it's what's best for the company you are working for. I create my own cons because I hold my work ethic to a very high standard. No matter where you go you will always have moments and feel crazy. BUT!! I can truly say that at Revolve I have an amazing support network and the cons become non existent.
