Pros
This is a great company, and you realize it from the start, with the amount of time and care they put in to the talent acquisition process. I have been thoroughly enjoying the office culture and the collaborative nature and workflow of the dev team. I am looking forward to working and growing as a software developer here for a long time to come.
Cons
Some of the technologies used are limited to those which are currently compatible with NetSuite's software. However, this doesn't mean that the devs here aren't interested in the latest and greatest technologies, and the team is constantly looking for ways to improve their approach.
