I've never worked at a company that truly has such brilliant and nice people to work with. Everyone around the office is pleasant to work with and really tries to help. The work is challenging but engaging, and you are empowered to solve most problems however you see fit. But there is always some accountability and support when you need to talk over issues. Lots of company events and daily activities to keep you engaged outside of work life.

Cons

Conservative management is unwilling to change to 21st century business practices, such as a work from home practice. Burnout is a real thing as you can sometimes work 60 hours in a week as dire situations arise.

Thanks to input like yours, RF-SMART put in place a Work From Anywhere policy that allows team members to work one day per week from home or somewhere else. We see tremendous value in having our team members co-located in our offices, and we are looking for ways to balance that with providing increased flexibility to our team members. Truly a family feel to being a part of this company. One big team all working hard together toward a common goal. Leadership team are top notch and so focused on collaboration. Attention to detail on running a solid company is unbelievable.

Cons

Honestly I have not seen anything yet that I would define as a con.
