Pros
Good work life balance. Good pay. Good benefits. Good co-workers. Remote opportunities. Every department really invests the time & money to make sure that success is attainable, and there’s never a shortage of helping hands. It’s much easier to move up or transition into new roles than it is in most companies because it’s growing quickly and management doesn’t look at employees as numbers. The product is also great, which makes everyone more confident in what we do.
Cons
Some departments are not always on the same page as others, which can cause a disconnect. The interview process was way too long and difficult. There can be a bit of a “drink the koolaid” vibe at times, but it comes from a genuine place and is not overbearing.
