Pros

Good for starting off. Great training programs to get you up to date and good culture to work in overall. Good raises if you perform well.

Cons

Not many cons besides no bonuses. Only some Christmas gifts at the end of the year.

Good as a first step into the 3D field, but pay is well below average

Pros

While there isn't a whole lot of room for creativity in the type of 3D work done here, considering it's for product marketing, it does get you well acquainted with working with a team of like minded individuals in a production environment, and is a good place to gain the skills you'll need for jobs later on down the road.

Cons

Pay is well below average for the field, been here over five years now and I'm still making less than entry level jobs elsewhere.

Thank you for the review! Unfortunately this role has significant rate pressure, which keeps pay on the lower end. However, it is extremely stable work, which can be difficult to find in the 3D design field.

Very fair and quick to get into one of their contract partners. The intent is usually to have you hired on full-time at the contract firm.

Cons

There have been none with my experience.
