They are a great team that will help you learn and grow. There is always someone available that either knows your question or can point you to the right person who can. Great company for learning the ropes of being a self dependent engineer. Benefits are better than a lot of other companies.

Cons

They are a contracting company which means the base pay isn't up to par with some other companies.

Flexible work hours. Works hard to ensure contractors consistently have work.

Cons

As a contractor RFA paid holidays don't always align with customer holidays leading to having to jump through hoops to meet hours a couple weeks of the year. Health insurance does not have much in-network within a reasonable distance.
