The company has a long history, and a number of clients have worked with RFA for decades for their engineering needs The company culture is strong, warm, and hard-working; the work done interviewing and hiring is focused almost as much on how the candidate would fit in with the company as it is on the basic qualifications All of the Partners and Management within the organization genuinely want their employees to succeed, and their collective hard work has helped the company mature and grow beyond what any metrics could show

Corporate decisions made by clients aren't always predictable, and can cause them to pull funding or work away from RFA in low business cycles; conversely, projects may come in requiring immediate help that can cause disruption or shifting of priorities and employees Cycles of business can cause fluctuations in staffing levels (which management continues to address by diversifying their client and project base)
