      Pros

      The RFA staff are a pleasure to work with. Small company feel with big company benefits. The CEO and the local Supervisor make regular visits to engage the offsite employees and see how they are doing.

      Cons

      The main office is in Minnesota, so the relationship is long distance. It is a small company, so upward movement is hard to come by. Raises tend to happen only when their billing rate can go up.

      Good supervisors. Helpful and nice co-workers. Many projects to be working on.

      Cons

      Can get pigeon holed into one area of work. The won't always take your preference into account. Lower than average pay.

      Benefits are awesome The other agency employees at my location are great The CEO tries to get to know you right away

      Cons

      Being a remote employee all HR stuff happens through E-mail or phone I wish the pay were higher but since it is agency RFA can only fight for what it can get
