Flexible work hours. Works hard to ensure contractors consistently have work.
Cons
As a contractor RFA paid holidays don't always align with customer holidays leading to having to jump through hoops to meet hours a couple weeks of the year. Health insurance does not have much in-network within a reasonable distance.
