Good for entry level reps

Pros

No toxic managers, Good benefits, Most people at the company are very nice.

Cons

I would recommend joining sales team if you’re an entry lever sales rep or don’t care about moving up. But for a high performing rep it might not be the best workplace. I haven’t seen a single person get promoted or was trained for a different role if they were open to it.

Pros

Excellent management that want to see you succeed. If you have a good idea and can back it up, management will listen to you. Excellent benefits and amazing work culture.

Cons

Its a bit out of the way. The main office is in El Dorado Hills, so that can be a bit of a drive for some employees in the Sacramento area.

1. Opportunities for growth and advancement. 2. Cutting edge technology and great learning experience. 3. Competitive pay and benefits plus perks including Friday free lunch, company parties and events. 4. Management cares about employees and coworkers are respectful and supportive. 5. Good work-life balance and nice work environment (nicest office ever!)
