Pros

The company allows global exposure to international business settings, the entrepreneur culture gives you first hand exposure in setting the sail for success (if you plan to run your own business in future). Skillset pick up here are transferable however it is not the best practice.

Cons

Employees' safety and welfare needs to be improve. Office furniture and facilities certainly needs improvement and upgrading. HR policies need to be more inclusive to retain talents. This is a first company I need to buy my own monitor screen, keyboard and mouse. Some employees even bought their own chair to use in office.

There is nothing positive about RGE.

Cons

The management level is filled with managers who cannot assert themselves against the owners. An atmosphere of fear dominates the working climate. Insults and degradation of employees are the order of the day. An unsafe workplace with constant violations of working conditions. Massive overtime of up to 30 hours of work without a break. Attempts at intimidation and even threats of dismissal if employees points out compliance with the law. Then they look for reasons for dismissal.

Helps you to cultivate 2 brains and 3 hands.

Cons

HR is hopeless and "Yes-man". Once you are on board, you can be shared out to many BUs without consultation and information. So your job scope n job title becomes unclear.
