Pros

Not incredibly taxing work and above average pay iffff you don’t have to travel to most of your sites

Cons

As I was getting ready to go to my next shift, another hr and a half away I realized... for the 3-4 hours I may end up working, the money I will be getting paid for that work will end up going into how much it actually cost to get there in gas. Because they don’t pay for the first 1hr and 45min. You are working for free if you have to travel. You’d have to work for 10+ and even then I’d want all of that money not just some. So my advice, get a Prius or offer to become a driver. I also worked at dominoes during this time, so the extra mileage was taxing enough on my vehicle. Point is it doesn’t add up to what you need it to be, also never got paid for training which was also very short and not very thorough. We are the 2 month old babies and RGIS is the irresponsible adult tossing us into the water how that our “instincts” kick in. News flash. We will drown!
