Pros

You basically can work a lot hours if you're available to work anytime, but be prepare to be exhausted because they will schedule you some crazy shifts.

Cons

Sometimes I drive far and I don't make much profit out of it

You can pick and choose which stores you work at any given week, and the schedule is very flexible, and managers are typically accomodating.

Cons

The pay is low (< 13.00/hr) if you are not in management. Each week you are assigned stores and meet sites, but you don't know if there will be a driver or whom, and drivers are not informed of who their riders will be.
