-Higher base pay than most jobs without education requirements -Opportunities for growth from within -Flexible hours -Holidays are normally off -Makes a good part time job for supplemental income -Paid driving

Cons

-Lack of hours -A lot of travel, which could be seen as a positive or negative -Either very short days or very Long days -Hours are all over the place
