Pros

since the store and location varies, it was hard to get bored of doing the same thing over and over (counting merchandise on the racks at stores).

Cons

some stores were far away from each other (so having a car is needed, even though I think they offered a shuttle service), and since the stores are constantly changing it is almost not worth it to get comfortable or to try to remember names of the managers or employees at the store that you are working that particular shift.
