You choose which hours you can do and they help with transportation. Meet nice people around the country and equal opportunity employer.

Cons

You work as a team to complete orders which makes it no definate time to get off work. Travel to businesses and might not have enough hours to compensate for fulltime work.

If your fast accurate and never late or sick or have a desire to schedule a moment to yourself they pay you for time worked.

Cons

Time worked doesn't include the first hour of travel, making sure your early, or the time you stand in a store waiting to be clocked in They may randomly deny lunch or rest breaks to hit their contract time frames
