RGIS is pretty laid back and until recently ( after the WIS merge ) there was not a....I will call it a quota on your production efforts as long as you are accurate and don't miscount, just basically show up on time and don't collect too much down time

Recently, Now WiS is trying to implement a Everyone needs to be a Specialis.....so to understand this there is 4 stages to the tree here 1. Inventory Auditor which equals Low man on the Totem pole, Entry Level next is 2. Inventory Specialist = one step up above Auditor the there's Expert and The highest is Top Gun these guys are fir the most part Fast as FuuuWell they are fast but here's the thing while Auditors are scanning each and every t-Shirt, pair of pants and sweating up a storm twitch the difficult stiff Top Guns are 9gecggeb scanning things with like 100 pieces per unit , They get out on the easy areas to keep you thier scanning numbers not all but most , there are a few who, Because their ability to 10key and knowledge of what is customer is exactly looking for and wanting Those ones are legit, this program calls for Auditors to cheat and get the numbers to progress to Specialist or lose your employment, There's not the training program 0ut in place that helps a person know and understand How to do the job , the little work around that make it reasonable to reach the goals set forth by the company management team training is just hanging a person the scanning machine work with them on one job and then set them loose to figure it out
