Pros
Great for night owls or early morning risers. Flexible schedule, competitive pay based on speed and accuracy. Great for someone who rocks at 10-key. Really easy to get hired! You do individual work in a team environment.
Cons
Had some issues with the hours I worked compared to the hours they paid me. You get shifts from Bellingham to Tacoma and carpool meet-up locations are often far away. Can be hard on the joints and back - there is a lot of bending , stretching, reaching, climbing (ladders). Kneepads/gloves are a must. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the freezer section and sometimes outside. NO BENEFITS (they have a benefit plan that is 100% out of pocket)

Up until the last 3 years it has been a great place to work! I am hoping that it gets back to being that.

Pros
Again, until 3 years ago, it was competitive in its pay and benefits. Aside from that the people that work there that are not in upper management roles are wonderful people and a lot of them are friends outside of work. There are a couple of people in upper management rolls, one in particular that was brought in about a year ago, that are great! As far as understanding personal dilemmas that is governed differently by each department. The department i work for is very, very good in that area. I have heard that other departments are not so understanding.
Cons
The new person brought in to head up the i.t. department is not nor ever was an i.t. person and has created a great deal of strife and stress for the whole of i.t. Not fully understanding what we do or how we do it , unrealistic deadlines, demands that have no logistic soundness, putting people in positions of decision making that should never have been in those positions, are just a few. I could go on and on, as a matter of fact there is a well published list of the top 10 i.t. mistakes and our head of the i.t. department has done them all.
