They don't pay for travel

Pros

Can't think of any level of desperation that would make me work here again.

Cons

You are required to drive up to 50 miles to random job sites with no reimbursement. Start as early as 5 a.m. and can never be late. Are you kidding me? And believe me, they use this to their benefit.

Pros

This is an easy job for a part-time position. Not too difficult to move up but this can be based also on the area or state you work in. Small stores can take 2 or 3 hours and larger stores can take 5 or 6 hours. You will rarely put in an eight hour day on one store. Transportation is provided if the store is far away but many locations you will have to drive to . You can make more money as a driver taking others to stores when the store is far away and they need drivers. You get paid from the time you start driving not from the time work starts in the store. You also get paid for milage when you are a driver.

Cons

1. You will only be part-time. Even most managers are part-time. You may or may not get a good amount of hours. This is strictly based on when you can work and how many hours you can work. If you have open availability AND you show up -on time- to your job sites you will get a lot more hours than those who don't. 2. You get raises based on your speed and accuracy. There are tricks to help improve that -especially when keying quantity - and unfortunately they don't really teach them to you. Talk to people who have been doing it for quite some time and they will teach you some of these tricks. 3. You will either work really early mornings, like 5am or late at night starting at around 6pm to 9pm until you finish the store. 4. You will drive to some locations only to work 2 or 3 hours. If you live close to the office like I did, then the stores are usually close by. If you don't and live in another city then you could drive for 45min to work for 2 hrs. So take that into consideration. You do not get paid for milage or the drive time to get there.
