Large variety in work. Nice location.

Cons

Very limited advancement opportunities. Non-existent pay raises. Culture of fear in company after so many layoffs.

Pros

Caring co-workers, great learning opportunity, vacation/sick/personal time, free coffee, annual Christmas lunch, annual picnic, good size cubicle, help will always be available, open door policy, and growth.

Cons

Environment, time tracking, 24/7 Support phone, being treated like a number and not a person, low salary, lack of direction, lack of training, poor standards & procedures, upper management cannot seem to understand the services the company provides and tends to focus energy elsewhere, & rapid decline of company success.

Pros

Excellent software development culture. I felt like the team was focused on writing quality code and had proper QA. Really relaxed environment with flexible hours. I enjoyed working with my peers and management.

Cons

Pay rate is lower than other similar positions, but did receive raise/bonus in the year I was there.
