Pros

The discount is generous. The products are high quality. The CEO has had a vision and has made it flourish.

Cons

The Outlet Division does not follow the companies values. You start off everyday with a meeting and speak about said values. However, majority of the executive leaders are extremely inconsistent and unprofessional. The Outlet division would thrive with consistency! If the executive leaders could live by the companies values, the environment would shift for the better. You can break standards and policies if you are “in”. If you are not trying to partake in the click and be a horrific example of the company, you are shunned!

Pros

Through hard work, innovative ideas and modelling the company's "Core Values," you can go almost anywhere in this company. Very competitive salary for a high end retailer. Company promotes growth from within. Brilliant marketing and innovation.

Cons

The company's "Core Values" are so heavily pushed making it feel almost cultish. You are forced to discuss the "Values" in every conversation, morning meetings, shift meetings, disciplinary conversations and how they reflect in your work, leadership skills and style and personal life. The product quality is hit or miss.

Pros

Close communication with the Home Office. Executives truly live and breath the company values and base all decisions within these parameters. Flexible hours, and work environment. You can become a very close knit team within your store.

Cons

It's retail! General public is not always the easiest to work with. Must be great at problem solving and diffusing elevated issues.
