Pros

A lot of fun stuff to learn, beautiful gallery/ store . Could be a really amazing job if it was a healthier environment

Cons

Very unhealthy environment , punitive , holds values against associates while management does not hold true to them . Weird place non flexible no work life balance

Pros

Decent pay get to do home installs which are fun

Cons

Schedule is not great and they are very inflexible with it, a lot of drama with management , and weird “values” they try and shove down your throat without actually adhering to them
