Very challenging sales goals, working schedule according to the store's needs

Unlike other high end furniture galleries, the salaries are not great. Unless you are in management, you do not receive bonuses. The designers are also not paid on commission so the best recommendation is to negotiate a good starting salary. The trade departments have a different structure. The yearly salary increases are also pretty low, less than 3% of your salary. Weekends are required and promotions are not as timely depending on the position you are seeking to be promoted.
