Rhombus is a high speed, intense competitor doing work that no one else has ever done. Hours are long and expectations are high, but every day I am surrounded by people who are willing to do whatever it takes to get it done. I get paid fairly, treated with respect, and have a great relationship with my coworkers. Plus, I wake up every day and work towards something no one has ever done before.
