Good pay and lots of personal time hours recieved

Terrible micromanagement, h.r. does not accommodate any type of doctors notes even threatening my job and benifits thru passive aggressive e-mails. The company absolutely wastes money and when you give them suggestions on how to save money they just write you up and say that you're not working at a better pace. They require you to work overtime with little or no notice. The insurance is God awful it cost almost half of your paycheck. They took all of maintenance duties away from maintenance and hire out contractors instead. Some managers are treated better than others because they're the friend of the Rm.

Horrible management rude no respect. Made someone work even having just been through surgery and they had a doctors note giving them the week off. Just so the manager could look good to regional manager. Makes work in rain says you don’t have too but then makes you. Every time you are sick manager says you have to bring a doctors note. Even if it’s just a really bad cold and you only miss one day. Also we are not paid sick days so it has no benefit to miss a day. Manager does not trust employees constantly thinks they are doing nothing when in reality they are working really hard.

Pays well, respected the Corporate Accounting Management.

Cons

Terrible corporate culture, us verses them attitude between Corporate Accountants and the A/P department. No real feeling of being appreciated, building nice from the outside but the inside is dirty and employees are packed in and double parking in the lot.
