      Pros

      Monday- Friday (unless something happens) . Meet lots of people and build relationships. Great for resume - lots of experience in many fields.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible (raises are terrible as well - no reason to stay around). Medical benefits are possibly the worse I’ve ever seen- cheaper to pay out of pocket. Get talked down to. Expected to put work before anything. I could really go on but the bottom line is I could work minimum wage and make as much as I do with this company. I wouldn’t be expected to do three peoples worth of work either.

      Company doesn't care about there maintenance staff work under immense stress no breaks no supply always short staff office personal always on phones very high security issue on property not a place I recommend an pay sucks.

      Absolutely the WORST company I have ever worked for

      Pros

      My local coworkers were awesome. Nothing good to say about the company.

      Cons

      They don't appreciate you or the residents whatsoever. They accuse you of lying and even as the Community Manager I had absolutely NO authority to make decision regarding the property. They also do not pay their vendors on time, often 4-6 months behind and they refuse to pay service charges. They have no problem losing dedicated employees.
