      Pros

      RM and VP were great to an extent.

      Cons

      People that work under VP that were left to train did absolutely nothing but they gossip about employees to tenants. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Your so called “Trainers” do nothing but watch videos, talk trash on tenants, employees and company.

      Nice co-workers, I enhanced my computer skills, learned quite a bit about property management

      LOTS of favoritism in my department. If you weren't a part of the "clique" or "in-crowd", you were basically ignored or treated badly. It seemed that was the way it was in the entire company. Company sold run-down manufactured housing with extremely high interest financing to people who really couldn't afford it.
