My team within the community and other CM's to talk with

Micro Management on every aspect of the position. Unrealistic task assignments by Regional Manager above and beyond the business of managing the property. When harassment by Senior Management is taking place and the problem is brought to regional manager and regional VP, their answer is to get you face to face with their superiors all the while telling you that they have your back.

I cannot think of any Pros.

Cons

Too micro-managed. There is NO communication between corporate and site level team members. They do not pay their vendors on time so they lose A LOT of good contractors. They do not take care of their good team members and also lose a LOT of good players.
