Pros

none - I do want to be clear that this review was completed by an employee who resigned in good standing...not the ramblings of a disgruntled former employee that was terminated.

Cons

senior management dominated by arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful human beings. having worked for several publicly traded companies with great development programs and executives that truly cared about their teams i can say this company, due solely to it's senior leadership, is horrible in every single sense of the word. from the way it treats its employees to the way it strong arms its residents, they are morally bankrupt and sadly unredeemable.

Could be better

Pros

Good PTO, nice people in office, good location, very fast-paced office, always learn something new every day, many employees had been there for a very long time.

Cons

They should have better health care benefits for employees and should look into making their wages more competitive. If your wages are more competitive and you have better benefits, then you attract a better kind of worker and everyone in the company wins.

Poor Company with no values

Pros

None, there is nothing positive about this company.

Cons

Doesn't pay their bills, treat their employees like they are crazy when it is pointed out that it causes local problems and gives a bad name to the community. The turn over in staff never ends and there is really poor training. You are put out on your own and if a problem comes up its all you. If you do a good job your boss will take the credit, if not they will write you up. How about you give some assistance and training if you want things to go well. They rule with fear and intimidation over their staff and upper management doesn't have a clue how to treat people. The RVP and COO were both egomaniacs and someday Karma will catch up to them both. I found it really funny that the RVP claimed to go to church each week after the way he treated the employees and residents.
