      The residents were great and very friendly

      Cons

      The regional was extremely difficult to work with, showed favortism to other co-workers and was only kind when her behind was on the line and she needed me to fix the situation. Employees are treated very poorly.

      Building relationships with residents in your same town. Helping the helpless with no support of upper management.

      Cons

      No leadership in community management and regionals/ over work not enough pay for working more than just your job title you work 3 job titles no pay/ hire community managers and maintenance with NO experience/ unfair commissions/ corporate doesn't care and acknowledge your hard work/ company doesn't give bonuses
