Regional Managers Conduct Illegal Activities

On-site staff that I worked with were a bunch of amazing individuals! I feel bad that they don’t know that this is a horrible company and that there are so much better ones out there.

Cons

*Regional management forces on-site employs to conduct illegal business practices. *HR is deplorable. Reached out to HR to inform them of illegal activities. Was not protected as a whistleblower. HR has chosen to sweep issues under the rug, lose good law-abiding employees, but continue to retain law-breaking Regional Managers.

I'd only take this if you can't find somewhere else to work, and even then, make it temporary and start looking for something else, immediately.

Cons

- CM will likely use you as a scapegoat if they get in to trouble with upper management or residents - Poor pay - Limited to zero possibility of upward career movement - HR will find a reason to make an example of you if you come to them with a credible complaint

There is an extreme workload as a Community Manager. You will likely end up working all 7 days out of the week to get your tasks completed. Required Mon-Fri, PLUS first and last Saturday of each month.
