Pros

Schedule, pay, and most of the teammates are good to work with. Can do what you want if you show up for work or even if you don't. Get to really help someone and have an impact on their life every now and then.

Cons

Bad leadership from the top down. No enforcement of policies and procedures other than the RI way which means almost no one gets turned away no matter how problematic they may be. Employees not held accountable for being late, missing work, not doing there job, etc. No room for advancement that's worth it. Most clients view it as a shelter.

Pros

Recovery Innovations has been a great place to work. What initially drew me to the organization was its mission, but what truly keeps me here is the people. I have never worked alongside a more inspiring, passionate, and purpose-driven group of employees. At every level, there is a genuine commitment to supporting individuals, uplifting one another, and living the values of the organization in a meaningful way. Beyond the people, Recovery Innovations has provided me with incredible opportunities to grow professionally. I’ve been able to develop new skills, stretch into areas outside of my comfort zone, and gain experience that I know will serve me throughout my career. There is a strong culture of encouragement here—leaders and peers alike consistently support development, curiosity, and continuous improvement. I’ve felt trusted, empowered, and challenged in ways that I don’t believe I would experience in many other workplaces.

Cons

Change can be frequent because of evolving infrastructure.
