Pros

Can be rewarding. Being able to use your own personal recovery story to motivate and up lift others.

Cons

Understaffed and over worked. The higher ups only care about numbers and there for, some guests are pushed out without an adequate plan. The door was always revolving and management was never happy. There was never any encouragement only “why haven’t you done more.” I really had high hopes for this place and held on for as long as I could. After a year and a half… nothing was changing… well I guess it was changing because it was getting worse.
