Pros

Ok pay and work schedule

Cons

Management is absent. When concerns were voiced I was told I can not hold others to the same standards as I hold myself to. Helping people struggling with substance use and mental crisis is what we were supposed to be doing but the only thing that matter was what could be billed. If you made any complaints about how we should do better you would be labeled a problem. Having professionalism is a negative
