Pros

It used to be a good company. Used to be family.

Cons

Covington took the company away from the founders and turned it into something that does not support it's employees.

Pros

Interacting with clients is good, pay is decent, every day is different

Cons

Severe micromanagement, sexual harassment in the workplace, arrogant and unsupportive higher-ups, supervisors not hired from within and bark orders on work they themselves don't know how to do, almost zero training, money is always put above clients and staff safety, staff need to use personal phones for work calls to clients because management will not provide office phones, no clear workflow, and having clinicians operate beyond their legal licensure due to corporate refusing to pay for a fully-licensed clinician.
