Helping others who cant help themselves, having the ability to prevent a crisis or talking someone down who is suicidal or homicidal just by being there for them to rant or vent

Cons

Not enough people to assist in helping others in dire need, No one listens when the employee needs a break from what could've been a horrible or terrifying situation
