Pros

Great Mission empowering people to recover, transforming care for the mental & behavioral health population, first responder initiatives, consulting, and training services.

Cons

No support and health & wellness initiatives for the people providing services. Whether you are working in the front lines patient-facing, peer support, or in administration, we all need support. At the end of the day, our safety, health, and well-being are important too. I didn't see this support internally.
