Pros

Recovery Innovations has been a great place to work. What initially drew me to the organization was its mission, but what truly keeps me here is the people. I have never worked alongside a more inspiring, passionate, and purpose-driven group of employees. At every level, there is a genuine commitment to supporting individuals, uplifting one another, and living the values of the organization in a meaningful way. Beyond the people, Recovery Innovations has provided me with incredible opportunities to grow professionally. I’ve been able to develop new skills, stretch into areas outside of my comfort zone, and gain experience that I know will serve me throughout my career. There is a strong culture of encouragement here—leaders and peers alike consistently support development, curiosity, and continuous improvement. I’ve felt trusted, empowered, and challenged in ways that I don’t believe I would experience in many other workplaces.

Cons

Change can be frequent because of evolving infrastructure.

I truly love my job and the work I get to do here. I get to help people who dedicate their lives to helping others which makes the work incredibly meaningful. Ive been given real opportunities to grow my skills, expand my knowledge and build my career- not just in title but actual experience and impact.

Cons

The work is meaningful and mission driven, which means it's important to be intentional about self-care and maintaining balance
