Pros

Most of the staff are wonderful caring people.

Cons

Executives have no idea what is going on. HR does nothing about repeated complaints from numerous employees. Micromanagement from the top. No collaboration and no understanding of Trauma Informed Care. Leadership doesn’t understand holistic health. Departments are not united, right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Upper management does not lead, they micromanage.
