      Staff get beat up by clients and management blames it on the staff. Horrible place to work. Staff are pitted against each other, clients are not supported, it is all a hoax from a downright dangerous company.

      Pros

      Benefits package, 401k, medical, vision, and dental coverage; lots of training; mandatory, as well as elective, giving the illusion that this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Constantly feeling like you're walking on egg shells, got dragged into the office for "Coaching" aka, chewing-out session, every time I turned around. got so stressed out that I became physically ill at the thought of returning to work and had to call in sick; got chewed out for "abandoning" my shift. No true care or consideration for the welfare of staff, unless you're a major brown-nose who kisses up to the upper management (leads, and/or higher-ups). Total disregard for the employees' physical and/or mental limitations; requiring them to do things that are extremely difficult; telling them to "figure it out" and do them anyway. Then firing the employee for not performing job duties as required.

      Flexible hours, great teamwork concept, worked closely with peers and clients

      Cons

      no benefits and hours lowered thus delimiting Obama care.
