      Miss the old days when it was recovery innovations

      The company was once very innovative and foremost about recovery. It had a heart and was respected among the behavioral health community.

      Cons

      since the old leadership left it is not the same company. It is not recovery oriented!

      Pros

      This is a great company with committed staff. The crisis stabilization, outpatient, and peer support programs are valuable, effective services that are vital to the community. The CEO is dynamic with a strong vision and innovative ideas.

      Cons

      Communication can always be improved; need more all staff updates and opportunities to receive/provide information.
