There is so much room for growth and quickly too Leadership reaches out to employees and employees can take on leadership roles Paid training Paid license renewals Great multi-disciplinary teams Innovative team leadership Paid Holidays and Vacation Great full-benefits package for those with limited health issues Employees can get involved in organization-wide policy making Employee teams are very tight-knit and inclusive

Some of the Pro's around team development and leadership are dependent on which place you work Health benefits package has a high deductible Might have to work overtime or later shifts You have to initiate and show that you want the option for the company opportunities and growth options
