      Great work ethic. Caring staff. Great training. Good salary. Fun staff. Good benefits. Room to grow in a well known company.

      Cons

      Long hours. Human resources department is unorganized. Moving up in the company take a long time. Locations are far and few.

      Pay was good and the work/home balance is very good. They have a laid back type culture which is very good.

      Management going in the wrong direction and laying off staff with out talking to department managers or directors.
