Poor leadership: Local management team are filled up with amateurs who cares more about their individual compensation & golden parachute for retirement rather than the development of the company as well as the employees. Sweatshop style office decoration: Electricity lines, air tunnels and pipes are out in the open without any coverage. Seriously, which company would think cement floor as sign of a trendy style? Now the floor is broken & nobody cares about fixing it. Everybody is sitting in the same office so close to each other, that you will be complianed by creating a lot of background noises while joining online meetings. Especially the local HR team is a total disaster - Most of the team members aren't even with the basic qualification for Human Resources (education, professional certification, etc.) Hence they don't have any sense of employee caring & have not idea what does it mean for human resource department. Their only professional ambition is not violating local labor law & not getting suited by the employees.
