      An amazing company!

      Pros

      I was moving from Texas to Florida so I didn't start right away, but during the time between when I accepted the offer to my actual start date, they regularly kept in touch to make sure everything was going well with my move and offered assistance when needed. In my first couple of months I've been welcomed by everyone, given time to get my bearings and provided with the tools and resources I need to be successful. So far, the onboarding has been great.

      Refreshing and Empowering

      Pros

      Such a breath of fresh air to work in an environment where my opinions are heard and considered. From the top down, the culture seeks to promote personal and professional growth while preserving both the family type atmosphere. I have never felt so welcome in all my professional career

      There are a lot of internal meetings, which helps foster communication, but is time consuming at times.

      Spectacular Culture and Work Environment

      RISE is a wonderful place to work that is made up of a diverse group of people who all contribute to the positive culture we enjoy daily. Our culture is something that we place great importance in and is highly protected. We are all considered "leaders" at RISE and are empowered to seek out personal growth opportunities, provide suggestions to work more efficiently. Our senior leadership team is very supportive, approachable, and encouraging. Accountability is expected as we all live out and support the 8 attributes that makes up the RISE name: Reasonable + Reliable, Inspired + Impactful, Serve +Simplify, Experienced + Empowering. It's honestly one of the best work families I've ever been a part of and it's a big reason why I love coming to work each day. It's all about the people and customers we get to serve each day.

      Cons

      The nature of our business has our teams spread amongst many different offices and locations, so we don't get to see each other in person as much as I would like. However, and thankfully, technology has given us the ability to stay connected now more than ever.
