      Very genuine company, their biggest concern is their culture.

      Pros

      Family environment, integrity driven, small, genuine. This company is very small which leaves space for the CEO on down knowing everyone's name! The entire corporate office knows everyone and checks on you!

      Still changing due to being a newer company so some things may not work and once they see that they change it so sometimes things change often
