Pros

RIT is a great environment. It has some very good benefits that it offers its employees.

Cons

Management that lacks the skills necessary to lead. Just because someone has been there for a great length of time does not make them leader worthy.

A great school

Pros

Smart students. A culture of innovation. Students have ambition. Teachers are inspiring. A world class technology and design school in Rochester NY. I enjoyed teaching here and would recommend it to any adjunct professor.

Cons

Low pay for adjuncts. Especially low for a 10 week class that meets twice a week. The campus is very dated and feels surprisingly dull for a cool technology and design school.
